El objetivo de Simulador Financiero es dar una idea del costo que se genera al contratar una deuda (principalmente un crédito automotriz o hipotecario) con una institución bancaria y generar conciencia de cuanto se deberá pagar mensualmente, pues muchas veces los intereses hacen que este tipo de créditos parezcan impagables. Simulador Financiero ofrece las siguientes funciones.1.- Visualización de tabla de amortización desglosada.2.- Simulación de Aportaciones a Capital (Se actualizará la tabla de amortización en el periodo seleccionado).3.- Guardado de Cotizaciones.4.- Graficación de Capital/Intereses por periodo.5.- Agregar IVA de los Intereses.6.- Muestra cuanto se habrá pagado totalmente al finalizar el crédito.Nota 1: No se toman en cuenta comisiones, seguros y otros cargos que las instituciones financieras o bancarias puedan imponer.Nota 2: Por el momento Simulador Financiero esta disponible en idioma español.¡Generemos conciencia y evaluemos nuestra capacidad financiera!The objective of Financial simulator is to give an idea of the cost generated by hiring a debt (primarily an auto or mortgage) with a banking institution and raise awareness of how much must be paid monthly, because often the interests make this type of unpayable credits appear.Financial simulator provides the following functions.1.
